Greenhouse Gas Capture & Soil Carbon Fixation

Converting CO₂ into stable soil carbon with nano-bubble infusion.

Where it fits

Flue-gas scrubbing contactors and loop tanks Greenhouses, aquaculture, and algae raceways Carbonate mineralization with Ca/Mg sources Polishing towers for vent gas

What it delivers

High kLa CO₂ transfer using nano-dispersion pH-controlled conversion to HCO₃⁻/CO₃²⁻ Optional biomass growth with O₂/CO₂ balance Real-time carbon accounting & safety

How we run it

Recirculation contactors with nanofluid injection pH/alkalinity control; Ca/Mg dosing if mineralizing DO/CO₂ control for bio-loops (algae/aquaculture) Continuous sensors + SCADA dashboard

Nanobubbles radically raise gas–liquid mass transfer, allowing compact CO₂ capture into aqueous loops. With alkalinity management, CO₂ shifts to stable bicarbonate/carbonate; alternately, balanced O₂/CO₂ improves biomass growth. Systems are instrumented for pH/ORP/DO/CO₂ to maintain safety and verifiable capture.

Recommended modes

Nanofluid • NanogelKPIs: %TPH reduction (days 0/3/7), ORP trend (+mV), injections count
